The SMECO headquarters in Hughesville is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for holidays.
SMECO regional offices are open to the public Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., except for holidays. Cooperative offices are closed in observance of all Federal holidays, as well as Good Friday and the Friday following Thanksgiving Day. SMECO maintains an Operations Center that is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in order to rapidly respond to electrical outages.
