In addition to Visa and MasterCard, SMECO is now accepting Discover credit cards for payment. This is just one more simple inexpensive way to make it easier for our customer-members to do business with SMECO.

Scholarships available for high school seniors

Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative is offering $1,500 scholarships to four graduating high school seniors who live with parents or guardians who are SMECO customers. The deadline for all completed scholarship applications is March 5, 2010.
